    An Excel sheet or a list of names and numbers is enough. Tell us the date, the venue and the feel you want.

    Five working days before sending

    You approve the design on WhatsApp. We then send a personal invitation to every guest, addressed by name.

    First design within three working days

    Guests tap Attending or Can't attend. We remind anyone who hasn't replied and send you the final list.

Questions

Good to know before you book.

Do my guests need to download anything?

No. The invitation arrives as a normal WhatsApp message, and guests reply by tapping a button inside the chat.

Which number does the invitation come from?

From Daawa's verified business account on the official WhatsApp Business Platform, so your personal number stays private.

How far ahead should I book?

Two to three weeks before the event is comfortable. We need your guest list at least five working days before the sending date.

Can I add guests after the invitations go out?

Yes. Send us the new names and numbers and we invite them the same way. Guests beyond your package are charged at the package's per-guest rate.

What happens to my guest list afterwards?

It is used only for your event. We never sell or reuse it, and we delete it within 30 days after the event, or sooner if you ask.
